This was my favorite area! We moved the dresser from my room for my guests to enjoy complimentary festival face paint. There was also two old rustic ladders decorated with a vintage music player and telephone. I had two polaroids for everyone to enjoy taking their own photos with them. I printed black and white polaroid looking photos of our friends and ourselves and had them clipped on p-lights with old wooden clothespins

This was by far my favorite day of the summer. On August 18, I got engaged to my best friend and love of my life around all of my family and closest friends. Ever since I was a kid I knew I wanted my engagement or wedding to have a boho rustic theme. It finally actually happened. My theme was boho vintage rustic and I absolutly enjoyed every single part of the planning process. It was definitely a very intense few weeks with a lot of anxiety and stress but I knew I wanted to enjoy every single minute. I planned the entire engagement myself with the help of an amazing and hard woking supplier and my mom. I knew the wedding would be too hard to plan myself and so I decided I would take on the engagement myself. We decided to do something extremely small and intimate to celebrate with our friends and family. My favorite part was having face paint available for the guests to enjoy and play around with. It was a spectacular night full of dancing, positive energy, good music and old friends. I wanted something simple, elegant, creative, unique and chic AND DEFINITELY A NIGHT TO REMEMBER. I hope these ideas inspires your next event.
